Mashed Turnip with Onions
Serves 4 - 6
2 - 3 bags 12 oz. Sawler Cut & Peeled Turnips
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook turnip and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and mash; add butter, salt, and pepper. Mash turnip and onions well.
